Betting Rules

These rules apply to every bet placed with PIN2BET. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. Where rules conflict, market rules take precedence over sport rules, and sport rules over the general rules.

Last updated 18 October 2026

1General rules#

  1. 1.1

A bet is accepted only once it has been confirmed in the bet slip and appears in My Bets with its ticket details. We may decline any bet, in whole or in part, without giving a reason.

  2. 1.2

You are responsible for every bet placed with your username and password. Keep your login details private, and tell your agent immediately if you believe someone else has used your account. Bets placed through your account stand.

  3. 1.3

You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to bet under the laws that apply to you. An account held for, or used by, anyone else may be closed and its bets voided.

  4. 1.4

Odds and lines change constantly. A bet is accepted at the odds and line shown in the bet slip when you confirm it. If the price or the line moves before the bet is accepted, the bet slip shows the new terms and the bet is placed only once you accept them.

  5. 1.5

Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start of the event. A pre-match bet accepted after the event has actually started stands only if nothing had happened by then that could influence its outcome; otherwise it is void.

  6. 1.6

Posted dates and start times are for information only. An incorrect date or time is not in itself a reason to void a bet, except as provided in rule 1.5.

  7. 1.7

Obvious errors. If a bet is accepted at odds, a line or a limit that are clearly wrong — for example reversed prices, a misplaced decimal point, or a line far from the market at the time — we may settle it at the correct price or line, or void it.

  8. 1.8

A misspelt team or player name, a team's change of name, or an event listed under the wrong league is not a reason to void a bet, provided it is clear which event was meant.

  9. 1.9

If the venue of an event changes after betting opens, bets on that event are void unless the sport rules say otherwise.

  10. 1.10

If an event is forfeited, decided by walkover, or recorded as complete without being played, all bets on it are void, whatever result the governing body records.

  11. 1.11

Limits. Every selection has a minimum and a maximum stake, shown in the bet slip. Limits may differ by sport, league, team, event and market, and may change at any time. The maximum stake of a bet with several selections is the lowest maximum among them. A bet outside the limits in force is not accepted, and the potential return shown in the bet slip is the most a bet can pay.

  12. 1.12

Live scores, times and statistics shown on the site come from third-party sources and are for guidance only. We are not responsible for their accuracy, and bets are settled on official results.

  13. 1.13

Fraud and abuse. We may void bets and suspend accounts where there are reasonable grounds to believe that bets were placed fraudulently, in collusion, with inside information, through more than one account, or to exploit an error in our prices or systems.

  14. 1.14

Queries about a settled bet must be raised with your agent within 72 hours of its settlement. After that the settlement is final, except where we correct a human, system or results-source error.

  15. 1.15

These rules may be updated at any time. A bet is governed by the rules in force when it was accepted. The rules are published in Hebrew and English; if the two versions differ, the English version prevails.

2Your weekly account#

Betting with PIN2BET runs on weekly credit. Your agent sets your credit, and your account is settled with your agent once a week.

  1. 2.1

Your agent sets your weekly credit. It is the most you can have at stake, and the most you can lose, in a betting week.

  2. 2.2

The betting week starts on Tuesday at 10:00 and ends on the following Tuesday at 10:00, Israel time. When the week ends your account is closed and its result is settled with your agent; the new week starts with your full credit.

  3. 2.3

The stake of every bet is deducted from your balance when the bet is accepted. Winnings and refunds are credited when the bet is settled.

  4. 2.4

Your available balance is your balance less the stakes of bets still open from previous weeks. You cannot place bets whose total stake exceeds your available balance.

  5. 2.5

Your weekly result is the net result of the settled bets you placed that week: positive when you are up, negative when you are down. It is shown in My Account.

  6. 2.6

A bet that is still open when its week closes stays open. When it is settled, its result is applied to the week in which it was placed, as a late adjustment to that week's figures.

  7. 2.7

If a settled bet is re-graded, for example to correct a result, the difference is likewise applied to the week in which the bet was placed.

  8. 2.8

Your agent may change your credit at any time. A change does not affect bets already accepted.

  9. 2.9

Weekly results are settled between you and your agent, under the arrangement you have with them.

3Bet types#

  1. 3.1

Single — one selection. If it wins, it returns the stake multiplied by the odds.

  2. 3.2

Parlay — 2 to 12 selections, each from a different event, combined into one bet. The odds of the selections are multiplied together, and every selection must win for the parlay to win.

  3. 3.3

In a parlay, a selection that is void or a push is removed and the parlay is paid on the selections that remain (it counts as odds of 1.00). A selection settled as a half win or a half loss on a quarter line counts at its proportional value (see Results & settlement). If every selection is void, the stake is returned.

  4. 3.4

A parlay whose selections all win is paid at the total odds accepted on the ticket.

  5. 3.5

System (round robin) — 3 to 12 selections, each from a different event. You choose how many selections go into each combination; every combination is a separate parlay at the stake you enter, so the total stake is that stake multiplied by the number of combinations. A system may hold up to 70 combinations.

  6. 3.6

Each combination in a system is settled as a separate parlay, under rules 3.3 and 3.4.

  7. 3.7

Teaser — a bet on handicaps and totals with every line moved in your favour, priced from fixed tables. See Teasers.

  8. 3.8

Selections from the same event cannot be combined in a parlay or a system, because their outcomes are related. A match's own extra markets (corners, bookings, Draw No Bet, Both Teams To Score) and its live version count as the same event. The one exception: in NFL games before kickoff, the handicap and the total of the same game and the same period may be combined.

  9. 3.9

A ticket may hold up to 12 selections.

  10. 3.10

Specials are singles only. Specials and futures (for example Correct Score, First Team To Score, Double Chance or a tournament winner) cannot be combined in a parlay or a system. The maximum stake on a special may be lower than on the main markets: it is capped by the market's own limit.

4Teasers#

Teasers are offered on American football and basketball. The table below lists each teaser type, the leagues it covers and the points it adds; the payouts follow in the next section.

  1. 4.1

A teaser is a multiple bet in which the handicap or total of every selection is moved in your favour by a fixed number of points. Every selection must win for the teaser to win.

  2. 4.2

The points are added to the side you choose. On a handicap, a favourite at −7 teased by 6 points becomes −1, and an underdog at +3 becomes +9. On a total, Over is lowered and Under raised: Over 45 teased by 6 points becomes Over 39.

  3. 4.3

The payout is fixed by the teaser tables and depends on the sport, the league, the number of selections and the size of the adjustment. It does not depend on the odds of the individual selections, and later line movements do not change it.

  4. 4.4

Standard teasers: if a selection ties (a push) or is void and all the others win, that selection is removed and the teaser is paid at the price for the remaining number of selections. If only one selection remains, the teaser is void. A losing selection loses the teaser.

  5. 4.5

Two-selection teasers: if either selection ties or is void, the whole teaser is void and the stake is returned.

  6. 4.6

Super Teasers: if any selection ties or is void, the whole Super Teaser is void and the stake is returned.

  7. 4.7

We determine the base line each teaser is built from. Teasers start from the main handicap and total of the game; some NFL handicaps are replaced before the points are added, as listed under the table below, and the bet slip shows both lines.

  8. 4.8

NCAA football same-game teasers are not accepted where the difference between the handicap and the total is less than 28 points, because the two selections are closely related. Such a teaser accepted in error is cancelled and the stake returned.

  9. 4.9

Teasers are available before the game starts only, on full-game main lines, in handicap and total markets. A teaser may hold one selection per market of a game. A game's handicap and total may be combined in a same-game teaser, and in a standard teaser only in the leagues listed under the table below.

  10. 4.10

Every selection must belong to a league covered by the chosen teaser type, and all the selections of a teaser must be of the same type.

  11. 4.11

A teased line on a whole number can end in a push; a teased line on a half point cannot.

5Teaser payout tables#

These tables are produced from the same catalogue the bet slip uses to price teasers, so they always match the price you are offered.

  1. 5.1

Prices are shown rounded to two decimal places; settlement uses the exact price of the teaser (for example, 1.909 is shown as 1.91).

Decimal odds for the whole teaser, by number of selections. A dash means the combination is not offered.

6Live betting#

  1. 6.1

Live (in-play) bets are accepted while an event is in progress, at the price shown when the bet is confirmed.

  2. 6.2

Live prices move quickly, and markets may be suspended at any moment — for example after a goal, a penalty, a red card or a break point. A padlock marks a price that cannot be bet; bets on suspended markets are not accepted.

  3. 6.3

Before a live bet is accepted, its price is checked against the latest odds, which can take a few seconds. If the price has changed, the bet slip shows the new price and the bet is placed only once you accept it.

  4. 6.4

A live bet accepted after an incident that materially changed the odds (such as a goal, a red card or a penalty) but before the market was suspended may be voided.

  5. 6.5

Scores, times and statistics shown for live events are for guidance only. If an incorrect score or red-card count was displayed when a bet was placed, bets placed while it was displayed are void.

  6. 6.6

Unless the market says otherwise, live bets are settled on the final result of the period they relate to, including scoring before the bet was placed — live totals, live three-way handicaps and live specials included. Live soccer two-way handicaps (Asian handicaps) are the only exception: they are settled on the score of the rest of the period after the bet was placed, and goals, corners or bookings before the bet are ignored.

  7. 6.7

In tennis, a live bet stands only if a point is played after it; see the tennis rules.

7Results & settlement#

  1. 7.1

Bets are settled on the official result declared by the event's governing body when the event ends. Later protests, appeals or amended results are not taken into account.

  2. 7.2

Bets on a period — a half, quarter, period, set, inning or map — count only the scoring in that period.

  3. 7.3

Unless the market or the sport rules say otherwise, overtime is treated as follows:

    1. Soccer: 90 minutes plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not included.
    2. Basketball and American football: game and second-half bets include overtime.
    3. Ice hockey: game bets include overtime and the shoot-out; markets marked Regulation time cover 60 minutes only.
    4. Baseball: game bets include extra innings.
    5. Handball and futsal: overtime is not included. Rugby: overtime is included.
    6. Tennis and volleyball are settled on sets, esports on maps.
  4. 7.4

Postponed events. If an event does not start within 12 hours of its scheduled start, all bets on it are void, even if it is played later.

  5. 7.5

Abandoned events. If an event starts but is not completed within 30 hours of its scheduled start, bets on periods that were completed stand; all other bets are void, even where their outcome had already been decided (for example Both Teams To Score after both teams had scored). The exceptions: bets on the First Team To Score stand as soon as there is a score; events that in their normal course take longer than 30 hours, such as golf tournaments and multi-day cricket matches (Tests); and the exceptions in the sport rules, which also set minimum playing times (in rugby, for example, every bet is void if fewer than 80 minutes are played, completed halves included).

  6. 7.6

A void bet returns the stake. A push — a result exactly on the line, such as a team winning by 3 on a −3 handicap — also returns the stake.

  7. 7.7

Money-line ties. Where a draw price is offered (a three-way market) and the event ends in a draw, bets on either side lose. Where no draw price is offered and the event ends level, the stake is returned as a push.

  8. 7.8

Quarter lines (Asian lines ending in .25 or .75, such as −0.25, +1.75 or Over 2.75) split the stake equally between the two neighbouring lines: Over 2.75 is half on Over 2.5 and half on Over 3. The result can be a full win or loss, a half win (half the stake wins at the odds and half is returned) or a half loss (half the stake is lost and half is returned).

  9. 7.9

    In a parlay, a half-won selection counts as (1 + odds) ÷ 2 and a half-lost selection as 0.5.

  10. 7.10

Bets are normally settled shortly after the official result is available. Most markets, specials included, are settled from the live result once it has been confirmed; player markets, outrights, season markets and some special cases are settled manually and may take longer.

  11. 7.11

A bet settled in error is corrected, and the correction is applied to the week in which the bet was placed.

  12. 7.12

Specials and futures are settled on the official result. Multi-runner markets are all-in: a bet stands whether or not the selection takes part, unless the market says otherwise. Where there are several winners, every winning bet is paid at full odds, unless the market says otherwise.

  13. 7.13

Listed selections. In a special market that lists its possible results (such as Correct Score, Exact Total Goals or Winning Margin), if the actual result is not one of the listed selections, every listed selection loses.

8Soccer#

  1. 8.1

Match bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time, golden goals and penalty shoot-outs are not included unless the market says so (for example, To qualify).

  2. 8.2

If a match is abandoned, bets on periods already completed (such as the first half) stand. If the match is not completed within 12 hours of kick-off, all other bets are void — including specials whose outcome had already been decided, such as Both Teams To Score after both teams scored, a correct score or a team to score. If the referee ends the match after at least 85 minutes, the match counts as completed and all bets stand on the score at that time. World Cup matches have action if they are completed within 72 hours of the original start.

  3. 8.3

Bets stand when a match is played at a neutral venue. We list the home team first wherever possible; unless the venue is officially changed after betting opens, bets stand whichever team plays at home.

  4. 8.4

Three-way (1X2) money line: if the match ends in a draw, bets on either team lose. In Draw No Bet and other two-way markets, a draw returns the stake.

  5. 8.5

Asian handicaps and quarter totals are settled as set out in rule 7.8.

  6. 8.6

VAR. An in-play bet is void if a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision materially changes its odds; the time of the incident under review is taken into account. In particular, an in-play bet placed while a goal that was later disallowed was being shown — from about two minutes before that goal until it was taken back — is void.

  7. 8.7

Corners: a retaken corner counts once; a corner awarded but not taken does not count.

  8. 8.8

Bookings: a yellow card counts as 1 and a red card as 2, up to 3 per player (a second yellow is ignored). Cards shown to anyone not on the pitch, or after the whistle that ends regular time (so never in extra time or a penalty shoot-out), do not count. Cards shown during half time count towards the second half.

  9. 8.9

Player and goalscorer markets: the player must start the match for the bet to stand. Own goals do not count.

  10. 8.10

Bets on the next goal, or on the first team to reach a number of goals, stand as soon as the goal is scored, whether or not the match is completed.

  11. 8.11

First Team To Score (match or 1st half): the team that scores the first goal that stands wins. If no goal is scored, Neither wins where it is offered; otherwise bets are void. The bet stands as soon as the first goal is scored, even if the match is abandoned later; a match abandoned at 0-0 before the 85th minute voids it.

  12. 8.12

Team To Score the Nth goal (for example Team To Score 2nd Goal): every goal from kick-off counts, including goals scored before a live bet was placed. If fewer goals are scored, Neither wins where it is offered; otherwise bets are void. The bet stands as soon as that goal is scored.

  13. 8.13

To qualify: bets on the team that goes through to the next round, extra time and penalties included. They stand whenever the tie is completed, even if it is moved or postponed.

9Basketball#

  1. 9.1

Game and second-half bets include all overtime.

  2. 9.2

NBA: game bets are void if fewer than 43 minutes are played. Other competitions: game bets are void if fewer than 35 minutes are played. Bets on completed periods stand.

  3. 9.3

Where an Elam ending is used, bets on periods that include it are settled on the final score once the target score is reached.

  4. 9.4

Player markets naming one or two players stand only if all of them play.

  5. 9.5

3x3 basketball: a game is complete after 10 minutes plus any overtime, or when a team reaches 21 points. If a game is not completed, all bets on it are void.

  6. 9.6

    Basketball teasers: see Teasers.

10American football#

  1. 10.1

Game and second-half bets include overtime.

  2. 10.2

If a game does not start within 12 hours of its scheduled time, all bets on it are void.

  3. 10.3

If a game is suspended with fewer than 55 minutes played and is not completed within 12 hours, game bets are void and bets on completed periods stand. If it is suspended after 55 minutes and not resumed within 12 hours, all bets stand on the score at the time of suspension.

  4. 10.4

Game bets require at least 55 minutes of play in total; otherwise they are void.

  5. 10.5

These rules apply to the NFL, NCAA, CFL and other leagues, unless a rule names a specific league.

  6. 10.6

Player markets: the named player must play. For passing markets, the quarterback must attempt at least one pass.

  7. 10.7

    Football teasers: see Teasers.

11Tennis#

  1. 11.1

If a player retires or is disqualified, match money-line bets stand provided at least one set was completed; otherwise they are void. Other bets are void unless the period they relate to was completed before the retirement or disqualification.

  2. 11.2

Bets stand provided the match is completed within 7 days of its scheduled date, and regardless of any change of venue or court surface, or between indoor and outdoor courts.

  3. 11.3

In ITF singles (except Grand Slam events) and in any doubles match, where a tie-break (including a match tie-break) is played instead of a full final set, match handicap and match total bets are void; all other bets stand.

  4. 11.4

Live bets stand only if the next point is played. If a player retires or is disqualified, or the match stops for any reason, live bets placed since the last completed point are void.

  5. 11.5

Bets on a single set or game (for example Set 2 Game 7) are settled on that set or game. A set or game that is not played — because the match ended earlier — is void.

12Ice hockey#

  1. 12.1

Unless the market says otherwise, game bets include overtime and the shoot-out. If a shoot-out takes place, the winning team is credited with one goal, however many shoot-out goals are scored — in every market that includes overtime, specials such as correct score and exact total goals included.

  2. 12.2

Markets marked Regulation time cover 60 minutes only, without overtime or the shoot-out; a three-way money line can end in a draw.

  3. 12.3

Game bets require at least 55 minutes of play. If a game is suspended earlier, bets on completed periods stand and all others are void.

  4. 12.4

Player statistics include overtime but not the shoot-out; the player must take part in regulation time.

  5. 12.5

A money line on a single period with no draw price is two-way, pre-match and live: if the period ends level, the stake is returned (a push). A live period money line that offers a draw price is three-way.

13Baseball#

  1. 13.1

Bets stand at the stated odds regardless of the starting pitchers, unless the market says otherwise.

  2. 13.2

Pre-game money-line bets stand if at least 5 innings are played (4½ if the home team is ahead). If the game is called early, the result is the score at the end of the last completed inning, unless the home team took the lead in an unfinished bottom half, in which case the actual score counts.

  3. 13.3

All other game bets, including handicaps and totals, require 9 innings (8½ if the home team is ahead); otherwise they are void. Bets on completed periods stand.

  4. 13.4

    Game bets include extra innings.

  5. 13.5

First 5 innings: settled on the score after five innings, which must be completed (4½ for handicaps and money lines when the home team is ahead).

  6. 13.6

If a game is suspended and resumed more than 12 hours after the first pitch, pre-game bets on the full game are void, except money-line bets settled under rule 13.2; bets on completed periods stand.

  7. 13.7

Live game bets require the game to be completed (9 innings, or 8½ if the home team wins).

  8. 13.8

Seven-inning games, such as some doubleheaders, follow the same rules with 7 innings (6½) in place of 9 (8½).

14Esports#

  1. 14.1

If a match does not start within 30 hours of its scheduled time, all bets on it are void.

  2. 14.2

Match money-line, handicap and total markets count maps won. Overtime and any other tie-breaker are included.

  3. 14.3

If the format changes (for example, the number of maps), bets are void unless the change does not affect the market or was stated in it.

  4. 14.4

If a map is voided — by retirement, disconnection, disqualification, walkover or an administrative decision — match bets are void; bets on maps already completed stand. A match that ends with an official result stands regardless of stand-in players.

  5. 14.5

Where a team starts with a map advantage under the tournament format (for example, from the upper bracket), the match line includes that advantage.

  6. 14.6

If a map is restarted from the beginning, open pre-match bets are settled on the replay and live bets placed during the voided play are void. If a map is rewound to a later point, pre-match bets are settled on the final result and live bets stand.

15MMA & boxing#

  1. 15.1

A fight is official once the first round begins, whatever its scheduled or actual length.

  2. 15.2

If a fight does not take place within one week of its scheduled date, bets on it are void, unless stated otherwise.

  3. 15.3

If the number of scheduled rounds changes, money-line bets stand. Total-rounds bets stand only if the new number of rounds is greater than the total bet; otherwise they are void.

  4. 15.4

Technical draw: full-fight bets are void. No contest: all bets are void. In both cases, bets on completed periods and on markets already decided stand.

  5. 15.5

Draw: if a draw price is offered, bets on both fighters lose; otherwise the stake is returned as a push.

  6. 15.6

If the fight moves to another country, bets are void; a move within the same country does not affect bets.

  7. 15.7

Extra rounds and sudden-victory rounds count in all relevant markets.

  8. 15.8

Total rounds: a round counts as completed once half of its scheduled time has passed. For example, with 5-minute rounds, Over 2.5 wins once 2:30 of round 3 has been fought.

  9. 15.9

Method-of-victory markets follow the official result. In MMA, a win by submission is not a knockout.

16Other sports#

  1. 16.1

Volleyball: match markets are settled on sets, other markets on points.

  2. 16.2

Handball and futsal: match bets do not include overtime or extra time unless stated.

  3. 16.3

Rugby: overtime is included unless stated. Bets are void if fewer than 80 minutes are played, except in matches scheduled to be shorter.

  4. 16.4

Cricket: if a match is not completed (a Test that does not complete four innings, or a limited-overs match that does not complete its scheduled overs), money-line bets are settled on the official result and match totals are void. Super Overs count unless stated otherwise.

  5. 16.5

Golf: a golfer takes part once they tee off; bets on a golfer who does not start are void. If a tournament is shortened but at least 36 holes are completed, bets placed before the last completed round stand. In match-ups, if one golfer misses the cut the other wins; if both miss it, the lower score at the cut wins.

  6. 16.6

A sport not covered above follows the general rules and, where they are silent, the rules of its governing body.

17Responsible gaming#

Betting should be entertainment — never a way to make money or to solve financial problems.

  1. 17.1

Set yourself a budget you can afford to lose, and keep to it. Never chase losses.

  2. 17.2

Your weekly credit is a limit, not a target. You can ask your agent at any time to lower your credit or to suspend your account for as long as you choose; a request to lower your credit or to suspend takes effect as soon as it is made.

  3. 17.3

Warning signs include betting more than you can afford, borrowing to bet, hiding your betting from people close to you, and betting to win back losses. If any of these sound familiar, stop and ask for help.

  4. 17.4

Free, confidential support is available from Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) and from your doctor.

  5. 17.5

Betting is for adults only. Keep your login details away from children, and log out when you use a shared device.

18Glossary#

  1. 18.1

Money line — a bet on who wins. In a three-way money line (1X2) the draw is also an outcome.

  2. 18.2

Handicap (spread) — a head start or deficit given to a team: the handicap is added to the team's score before the result is compared.

  3. 18.3

Total (over/under) — a bet on whether the combined score is above or below a line. A team total counts one team's score only.

  4. 18.4

Main line — the central handicap or total of a market; teasers are built from it.

  5. 18.5

Push — a result exactly on the line; the stake is returned.

  6. 18.6

Void — a bet settled with no action; the stake is returned.

  7. 18.7

Quarter line — a line ending in .25 or .75 that splits the stake between the two neighbouring lines.

  8. 18.8

Period — part of an event: a half, quarter, period, set, inning or map. The full game includes overtime only where the sport rules say so.

  9. 18.9

Live / pre-match — live bets are placed while the event is in progress; pre-match bets before it starts.

  10. 18.10

Available balance — your weekly balance less the stakes of bets still open from previous weeks.

  11. 18.11

Parlay, system, teaser — see Bet types.
